  • Keep it fresh: unworn, unwashed, tags on, just like it arrived.
  • You cover return shipping (unless we messed up or it's damaged – then free label on us!).
  • Refund hits your account in 5-7 business days once we get it back.
  • Exchanges depend on what's still hanging around in stock.
