Built for grapplers who prefer a little more coverage without unnecessary bulk. The Ghost 7" combines a lightweight 4-way stretch outer shell with an integrated compression liner for unrestricted movement, coverage, and comfort on the mats.
The 7" inseam provides a more traditional grappling-short length, while the flexible gusset and stretch waistband move naturally with your body.

Because our materials have a lot of stretch, it is possible to fit comfortably in two sizes. Our rash guards run true to size. We suggest choosing the size that matches the size you wear in a normal fitting T shirt. If you prefer a looser fit, go up one size but if you prefer a tighter fit, go down one size. Please order the same size shorts that match your waist size. Our sizes are in inches. A good rule of thumb is to pick the size that matches your best fitting pair of jeans without a belt. If you prefer to wear your pants a bit looser in the waist, we recommend one size larger.
Example:
If you wear a size 32 pants, size 32 is the right size. However, if your pants are a size 32 and they are a bit loose, we recommend a size 30.

How to decide between 5" and 7" inseams:
Taller grapplers with long, slender legs may want to choose a 7" Inseam. If you're more on shorter side or have thick legs a 5" inseam could work for you. Of course this is all personal preference. Choose the size that you're most comfortable with.
