It’s been years in the making, but it’s finally here. Welcome to our next evolution of our signature Nogi brand grappling shorts. While you can always rely on our durable, longer Phantom fight shorts, we’d like to introduce you to the lighter, shorter and transcendent Ghost.
In addition to the more modern cut, the Ghost’s outer material is made of a high-tech 4 way stretch fabric that is flexible, breathable, and durable. It’s also fitted with a “biker short” type liner so you don’t even need underwear (commando time!) and has a hidden internal pocket on the right leg that can accommodate an iPhone 12 Pro.
The designs are minimal but high-end, with embroidered Nogi logos on the legs and a sublimated design on the waistband so they won’t rub off with wear. True to the Nogi brand, style meets function with a stretch waistband that moves with your body and our signature internal drawstrings that won’t get in the way of training.

Because our materials have a lot of stretch, it is possible to fit comfortably in two sizes. Our rash guards run true to size. We suggest choosing the size that matches the size you wear in a normal fitting T shirt. If you prefer a looser fit, go up one size but if you prefer a tighter fit, go down one size. Phantom, Volt & Kingpin Fight Shorts
Please order the same size shorts that match your waist size. Our sizes are in inches. A good rule of thumb is to pick the size that matches your best fitting pair of jeans without a belt. If you prefer to wear your pants a bit looser in the waist, we recommend one size larger.
Example:
If you wear a size 32 pants, size 32 is the right size. However, if your pants are a size 32 and they are a bit loose, we recommend a size 30.

The shorts include an internal drawstring for a more perfect fit.
How to decide between 5" and 7" inseams:
Taller grapplers with long, slender legs may want to choose a 7" Inseam. If you're more on shorter side or have thick legs a 5" inseam could work for you. Of course this is all personal preference. Choose the size that you're most comfortable with.
