Because our materials have a lot of stretch, it is possible to fit comfortably in two sizes. Are rashguards run true to size. We suggest choosing the size that matches the size you wear in a normal fitting T shirt. If you prefer a looser fit, go up one size but if you prefer a tighter fit, go down one size.
